摘　　要：分析了聚氨酯喷涂到球铁管表面的反应机理,确定了喷涂工艺流程及工艺参数,介绍了球铁铸管内、外壁喷涂所需的设备及达到的性能指标,能够满足工业或生活污水输配管道的要求。The reaction mechanism of polyurethane spraying coating on the surface of nodular iron pipe was analyzed.The equipment and performance indexes needed for the spraying of inner and outer walls of ductile iron casting pipes were introduced,which can meet the requirements of industrial or domestic sewage transmission and distribution pipelines.
