摘  要:根据某电动剃须刀壳结构特点和技术要求,设计了一副精密注射模。通过在定模增加滑块+斜导柱抽芯机构,成功解决了塑件外表面斜圆孔的脱模问题;通过在动模增加斜推杆抽芯机构,成功解决了塑件内部扣位的脱模问题;通过在动模增加斜销抽芯机构,成功解决了塑件内部斜圆柱及圆孔的脱模问题;通过控制开模顺序,成功使3种抽芯机构顺利脱模。模具各机构先进合理,成型塑件尺寸精度达到了MT3的设计要求。According to the structure characteristics and technical requirements of the electric shaver case, a set of precision injection mold was designed. The demoulding problem of oblique circular hole on outer surface was successfully solved by adding slide block and oblique guide pillar core-pulling mechanism in fixed mold, and the demoulding problem of inner buckle was successfully solved by adding oblique push rod core-pulling mechanism in dynamic mold by adding inclined pin core-pulling mechanism in the moving mold, the demoulding problem of inner inclined cylinder and round hole was successfully solved, and three kinds of core-pulling mechanisms were successfully demoulded by controlling the opening sequence. The mechanism of the mold is advanced and reasonable, and the dimensional accuracy of the molded plastic parts meets the design requirements of MT3.
