摘　　要：对尺寸为310×910mm高品种压铸模具钢DT433模块进行了组织与性能的研究,结果表明,抚钢生产的DT433压铸模具钢具有优良的纯净度及低倍组织,关键的球化退火组织及冲击韧性指标均达到了北美压铸模具协会NADCA#207-2018标准中超级H13钢水平,为国产替代进口提供了一种新型压铸模具用材料。In this paper,the size is 310×910mm varieties die casting die steel DT433 module for a study of microstructure and properties,the results show that the DT433 has good purity and macrostructure,spheroidizing annealing organization and the impact toughness of key indicators have reached the north American association of die-casting die super H13 steel level in NADCA#207-2018 standard,provides the domestic instead of imported a new type of die casting die materials.
