摘 要:通过介质阻挡放电等离子体技术对剩余污泥进行预处理及厌氧消化实验,研究了介质阻挡放电主要参数对剩余污泥的水解效果及污泥性质的影响,对处理后污泥进行厌氧消化实验。考察了介质阻挡放电产生的主要自由基在污泥水解过程中的贡献。结果表明,经介质阻挡放电预处理后污泥的SCOD显著提高,由160 mg/L提升至811 mg/L,污泥上清液中的蛋白质、多糖及氨氮均提高,且·OH在此过程中的贡献明显优于O2·-。介质阻挡放电能显著改善污泥厌氧消化性能,其20 d中温厌氧消化累计甲烷产量可达452 mL,相比原污泥提升105.4%以上。The dielectric barrier discharge plasma technology was used to pretreat and anaerobic digested on excess sludge. The influence of main parameters of dielectric barrier discharge on the characteristics of excess sludge was studied. Also,the treated sludge was anaerobic digested. Furthermore,the contribution of free radicals generated by dielectric barrier discharge to sludge hydrolysis was investigated. The experimental results showed that the SCOD of the sludge after pretreatment by dielectric barrier discharge was significantly improved from 160 mg/L to 811 mg/L. Also,the protein,polysaccharide and ammonia nitrogen in the supernatant of the sludge were significantly improved,and the contribution of·OH was obviously better than O2·- in the process. The dielectric barrier discharge could significantly improve the anaerobic digestion performance of the sludge. The cumulative methane production of the 20-day medium-temperature anaerobic digestion could reach 452 m L,which was 105.4% higher than that of the original sludge.
