摘 要:以复杂染料废水为研究对象,从活性污泥中筛选出高效脱色菌株,经鉴定为路德维希氏肠杆菌株,编号N1。研究了温度、pH、NaCl浓度等因素对菌株N1脱色效果的影响。结果表明,随着pH和温度的增加,菌株N1对复杂染料废水的脱色率均呈先升高后降低的趋势,温度为35℃、pH为7时其脱色率分别可达91.2%、93%。增大NaCl浓度,菌株N1的脱色能力降低,盐度为10 g/L时其脱色率仅为28%。紫外和GC-MS分析表明发色基团—C=O和—N=N—消失,出现苯酚和芳香胺类物质。A strain N1 with good decolorization ability was screened from sewage sludge in the complex dye waste-water discharged from a printing and dyeing factory,which was identified as a Enterobacter ludwigii. The effects of temperature,pH and NaCl concentration on the decolorization ability of strain N1 were studied. The results showed that with the increase of pH and temperature,the decolorization rate of strain N1 increased first and then decreased.The decolorization rate reached 91.2% and 93% at 35 ℃ and pH 7,respectively. Increasing the NaCl concentration,the decolorization ability of strain N1 was reduced,and the decolorization rate was only 28% when the salinity was 10 g/L. UV and GC-MS results showed that the chromophore groups —C=O and —N=N— disappeared,while phenol and aromatic amines appeared.
