高龄孕妇妊娠期尿路感染危险因素分析及护理研究

摘　　要：目的探究高龄孕妇妊娠期尿路感染的危险因素及护理对策.方法选取2017年1月~2020年1月在我院进行诊治且出现尿路感染的70例孕妇作为感染组.选取同期在我院进行治疗,且经检测未出现尿路感染的350例孕妇作为对照组.比较两组年龄、受教育程度、个人尿路感染史、家族尿路感染史、妊娠期间性生活情况、合并糖尿病及贫血等情况,并针对存在显著差异的因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析.结果多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、受教育程度、尿路感染史(个人、家族)、妊娠期间性生活情况、合并糖尿病及贫血均为高龄孕妇妊娠期尿路感染危险因素(P<0.05).结论高龄孕妇妊娠期尿路感染危险因素包括年龄、受教育程度、尿路感染史、妊娠期间性生活情况、合并糖尿病及贫血等,针对该类孕妇,应通过提高其认知水平、加强妊娠期间外阴卫生、避免或节制性生活、加强营养等方式避免尿路感染的发生.Objective To explore the risk factors of urinary tract infection in pregnant women during pregnancy and the nursing countermeasures.Methods Seventy patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 and had symptoms of urinary tract infection were selected as the infection group.Another 350 patients who were treated in our hospital during the same period and did not develop urine infection were selected.Elderly mothers were used as a control group.The maternal age,education level,personal urinary tract infection history,family urinary tract infection history,sexual life during pregnancy,combined diabetes and anemia were compared between the two groups.Factor analysis.Results Logistic regression analysis was performed with maternal urinary volume infection as the dependent variable,and significant influencing factors in univariate analysis as independent variables.The Results showed that age,education,history of urinary tract infection,and sexual life during pregnancy,Combined with diabetes and anemia are risk factors for urinary tract infection in pregnant women during pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors for urinary tract infections in pregnant women during pregnancy include age,education level,history of urinary tract infections,sexual life during pregnancy,combined diabetes and anemia,etc.For these patients,it is necessary to improve their cognitive level and strengthen their pregnancy Vulva hygiene,avoiding or restraining sexual life,strengthening nutritional levels and other ways to avoid the occurrence of urinary tract infections.
