摘　　要：目的探讨构建儿童造血干细胞移植术护理质量评价指标体系.方法基于Donabedian结构-过程-结果三维质管模式构建体系框架,通过文献查阅法、专家函询法及层次分析法确定儿童造血干细胞移植术护理质量评价指标,并构建评价指标体系.结果第一轮、二轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,内容填写完整度均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.820、0.833;研究构建的儿童造血干细胞移植术护理质量评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、14个二级指标、46个条目,确定了指标权重系数,且通过了一致性检验(CR<0.1),各级指标变异系数均小于0.22.结论儿童造血干细胞移植术护理质量评价指标体系层次结构分明,权重分配较为合理,且操作性、科学性强,具有临床推广意义.Objective To establish a nursing quality evaluation index system for children's hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods Based on the Donabedian structure-process-results three-dimensional quality control model,a system framework was established.The literature review method,expert inquiry method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the nursing quality evaluation indexes of children's hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and to build an evaluation index system.Results The recovery rate of the first and second rounds of expert letter questionnaires was 100%,the completeness of the content was 100%,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.820 and 0.833,respectively.Three first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 46 items have determined the index weight coefficients and passed the Consistency test(CR<0.1).The coefficients of variation at all levels are less than 0.22.Conclusion The evaluation index system of nursing quality for children's hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has a clear hierarchical structure,the weight distribution is more reasonable,and it is operable and scientific.It has clinical significance.
