摘　　要：分析氨冷凝器甲铵结晶生成原因及危害,探讨氨冷凝器在线处理的安全性,介绍在线处理氨冷凝器结晶的有效方法和注意事项。该方法实施后取得良好的效果,避免了引发系统停车和不必要的损失。This paper analyzed the formation of methyl ammonium crystalline and its harm to the ammonia condenser,discussed the safety of on-line treatment,and presented the effective methods and cautions of on-line treatment.The method was proved to have good result after execution because it avoided the system shutdown and other unnecessary loss.
