摘 要:论述火电厂中储式煤粉锅炉停炉后粉仓余粉传统处理方法的弊端,结合现场实际,提出临炉负压输粉的理念,将停运锅炉粉仓的余粉送往运行炉的粉仓中,从而解决正常停炉需要烧掉余粉造成的浪费以及故障停炉不能烧掉余粉带来的风险。This paper discussed the disadvantage of traditional method of handling residue pulverized coal in the coal bin of middle storage pulverized coal boiler under idle condition in a thermal electrical generation plant.Combined with local condition,an idea of transferring pulverized coal under negative pressure to a service boiler was presented,that is to transfer the residue powder in idle boiler coal bin to the bin of a service boiler,therefore solving the problem of waste of burning out the residue at the time of normal stop,or eliminating the risk of residue powder that could not be burnt out under failure condition of the boiler.
