高校图书馆研究易见度提升服务探析

摘　　要：研究易见度提升服务属于科研支持服务的一部分。国外以及我国香港地区的一些高校图书馆设置了"研究易见度"服务栏目,但在我国大部分高校图书馆网站尚未查阅到相应服务栏目。国外高校图书馆主要提供科研影响力指标知识推广、作者身份标识符设置、科研成果影响力提升技巧传授、开放存取及自存储辅助、知识分享版权协助5方面研究易见度提升服务。基于此经验,我国高校图书馆应从推动科研信息规范化、搭建科研成果推广平台、引入国际主流科研辅助工具、普及国际主流科研计量指标、增强科研计量分析服务、强化版权建议咨询6个方面推进服务。Research visibility improvement service is a part of scientific research support service. Some university libraries in China Hong Kong and abroad have set up the service column of "research visibility", which has not been found in China's Mainland. Foreign university libraries provide research visibility improvement service in the following 5 aspects: promotion of influence index knowledge, setting author identifier, teaching how to improve the achievements influence, assistance of open access and self-storage, and copyright assistance of knowledge sharing. It inspires domestic university libraries to promote the service from six aspects: promoting the standardization of scientific research information, building a platform for achievements promotion, introducing international mainstream scientific research auxiliary tools, popularizing international mainstream measurement indexes, strengthening measurement analysis service, and enhancing copyright advice and consultation.
