摘　　要：在大众创业万众创新持续向更大范围、更高层次和更深程度推进的时代背景下,公共图书馆如何支持双创是图书馆人值得思考的问题。本文以日本公共图书馆的商务支援服务为对象进行研究,梳理日本公共图书馆商务支援服务的历史和现状,分析其中存在的问题,提出对我国公共图书馆的启示,以期为我国图书馆界人士提供参考。Under the background of the time when mass entrepreneurship and innovation continue to advance to a larger scope, a higher and deeper level, how public libraries provide support service becomes a problem worth thinking about by librarians. Business support service of Japanese public libraries is studied to propose enlightenment to domestic public libraries by sorting out the history and current situation of business support service, and analyzing the existing problems.
