摘　　要：2020年初,突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情在全球迅速蔓延,隔离、封城、闭关锁国、停工、停业、停学成为常态,全球经济和居民的生产生活受到极大冲击,许多国家的图书馆也相继被迫关闭。在严峻的疫情形势下,各国图书馆充分利用互联网开展线上服务,克服困难,不断创新服务内容和模式,履行了图书馆为公民提供信息和教育服务的社会职责,在全球团结合作战胜疫情中发挥了重要的精神支撑和文化支撑作用。In early 2020,the sudden COVID-19 spread rapidly around the world.Quarantine,closed countries,suspension of business,and suspension of school became the norm.The global economy and residents'production and lives were greatly affected.Libraries in many countries have also been closed.In the severe epidemic situation,libraries in various countries make full use of the Internet to carry out online services,overcome difficulties,continuously innovate service content and models,fulfill the social responsibility of libraries to provide information and education services to citizens,fight against the epidemic in global solidarity and cooperation,and play layed an important role in spiritual support and cultural support.
