摘 要:目的探讨少白细胞红细胞技术输血对输血不良反应的降低作用。方法选取山东省菏泽市市立医院于2017年6月至2019年6月收治的80例输血治疗患者为此次研究对象,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。其中对照组采取普通红细胞输血措施,研究组则进行少白细胞红细胞技术输血方法。观察2组患者输血后的效果,比较2组患者输血后的不良反应发生率。结果2组患者通过输血后,观察组患者总不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者发热率要低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组去除白红细胞输血前与输血后比较,其中血红细胞比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组输血后,红细胞、血小板、白细胞均明显低于输血前,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对输血治疗患者采取少白细胞红细胞技术输血能有效降低不良反应的发生率,该方式值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of leucopenia transfusion on the reduction of adverse reactions.Methods Totally 80 blood transfusion patients admitted to Heze municipal hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random numerical table.Each group was 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the study group.The control group received ordinary red blood cell transfusion,while the study group received less white blood cell transfusion.To observe the effect of two groups of patients after blood transfusion,to compare the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups of patients after blood transfusion,and to compare them.Results After blood transfusion,the incidence of total adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fever rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison between the observation group before the removal of white red blood cells and after blood transfusion showed no statistically significant difference in red blood cells(P>0.05).After blood transfusion,red blood cells,platelets and white blood cells in the observation group were significantly lower than that before blood transfusion,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with blood transfusion by using the technique of less leukocyte.
