纤维喉镜辅助支撑喉镜手术治疗声带前联合附近良性肿物的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察纤维喉镜辅助支撑喉镜手术治疗声带前联合附近良性肿物的临床效果。方法回顾性分析云南省大理白族自治州人民医院2016年3月至2018年7月收治的声带前联合附近良性肿物患者90例,根据手术方案不同分为2组,每组45例。对照组单用纤维喉镜治疗,试验组采用纤维喉镜辅助支撑喉镜手术治疗。观察对比2组患者疗效、并发症、复发率。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组75.56%(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率为4.44%,复发率为2.22%,与对照组20.00%、15.56%比较有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维喉镜辅助支撑喉镜手术治疗声带前联合附近良性肿物效果满意,能减少术后并发症发生,预防复发。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fiberoptic laryngoscope assisted laryngoscopy in the treatment of benign masses in the vicinity of the vocal cord.Methods A total of 90 patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province from March 2016 to July 2018 with benign masses near the anterior vocal cord were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to different surgical plans,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with fibrolaryngoscope alone,while the observation group was treated with fibrolaryngoscope assisted supported laryngoscope.The curative effect,complication and recurrence rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than that of the control group 77.78%(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group were 4.44%,and the recurrence rate were 2.22%,which were significantly different from the control group 20.00%,15.56%(P<0.05).Conclusion Fiberoptic laryngoscope assisted laryngoscopy is effective for the treatment of benign masses in the vicinity of the vocal cords,which can reduce postoperative complications,and prevent recurrence.
