角膜缘为基底的结膜瓣在手法小切口白内障手术中应用的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨角膜缘为基底的结膜瓣在手法小切口白内障手术中应用的效果与价值。方法选取阳江市人民医院2019年6月至12月收治的白内障患者80例,采用随机分组分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组采用结膜瓣以穹隆为基底的手术方式,试验组采用角膜缘为基底的结膜瓣手法小切口白内障手术方式。对比2组患者手术指标、切口暴露发生率、术后恢复期内生存质量等相关指标。结果经过不同手术治疗之后,试验组患者的切口暴露发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但手术指标与生存质量中的社交功能、运动功能、视觉功能、心理功能方面比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论角膜缘为基底的结膜瓣在手法小切口白内障手术中应用,减少切口暴露发生率,临床治疗效果好,使用价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect and value of the conjunctival flap with corneal limbus as base in small incision cataract surgery.Methods Totally 80 cataract patients admitted to Yangjiang People's Hospital in June to December 2019 were randomLy divided into control group and experimental group,each group 40 cases.Conjunctival flap was used in the control group and conjunctival flap was used in the experimental group.The operative indexes,the incidence of incision exposure and the quality of life during postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After different surgical treatments,the incidence of incision exposure in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no statistically significant differences between the surgical indicators and the social function,motor function,visual function and psychological function in the quality of life(P>0.05).Conclusion Conjunctival flap with corneal margin as base can optimize the operative index,reduce the incidence of incision exposure,improve the quality of life after operation.
