摘　　要：阎艳丽教授治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎谨守中医病机,突出疏理肝气,令其条达;脏腑功能,整体调整;扶正祛邪,权衡虚实三方面,疗效满意。并积多年经验创制和肝汤,集调整肝脾肾功能与祛邪于一体,是治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的有效方剂。Professor Yan Yan-li,in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,abides by the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,highlights the regulation and soothing of liver qi,and regulating the function of zang-fu organs as a whole,and reinforcing healthy qi and expelling pathogenic factors and balancing the deficiency and excess with satisfactory curative effect.She has accumulated many years of experience to create Hegan Tang(Liver-Harmonizing Decoction),which integrates the functions of regulating liver,spleen and kidney and expelling pathogenic factors.It is an effective prescription for treating chronic hepatitis B.
