摘  要:针对包装机远程维护的需求,研究设计了一套C/S网络结构的远程监控和故障维护系统。详细介绍了系统结构的设计过程并解释了系统各部分的功能。在设计过程中阐述了所涉及的远程通讯技术和要点,通过C/S结构的组态软件,完成包装机的数据采集和数据存储,利用VPN隧道通讯技术实现包装机的远程监控和远程维护,搭配串口服务器的串口转网口功能实现PLC程序的远程调试和下载。通过远程通讯测试和仿真实验验证了系统性能和可行性,有效地解决了包装机制造商需要频繁派遣工程师到现场处理故障的问题,为包装机制造商节约了维护成本。According to the requirements of remote maintenance of packaging machines,a set of C/S network structure remote monitoring and fault maintenance system is designed.The design process of the system structure is introduced in detail and the functions of each part of the system are explained.In the design process,the remote communication technology and key points are described.Through the configuration software of C/S structure,the data collection and data storage of the packaging machine are completed.The VPN tunnel communication technology is used to realize the remote monitoring and maintenance of the packaging machine.The remote debugging and downloading of PLC program are realized with the serial port to network port function of the serial port server.The performance and feasibility of the system are verified by remote communication test and simulation experiment,which effectively solves the problem that packaging machine manufacturers need to send engineers to the site frequently to deal with failures,and saves the maintenance cost for packaging machine manufacturers.
