摘 要:为探究多孔板结构参数对新型静态混合器传热和阻力的影响,以水为介质,雷诺数Re在4000~11000范围内,采用数值模拟方法研究恒壁温条件下4个参数长径比Ar、开孔率φ、孔间角β和单孔倾斜角γ的传热和阻力特性,并利用强化传热比对4个结构参数进行优化分析.结果表明:多孔板旋流静态混合器充分利用板间旋流的衰减性,提高强化传热效果,同时降低流体流动阻力.多孔板的结构参数对传热系数的影响依次为Ar>φ>β>γ;对阻力系数的影响依次为φ>Ar>β>γ.孔间角的优化参数为45°;单孔倾斜角的优化参数为6°.尽管长径比和开孔率提高均能提高强化传热比,但在工程设计中还需要根据实际情况进行选择.In order to explore the influence of the structural parameters of the porous plate on the heat transfer and resistance of the new static mixer,the heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the four parameters,namely,the length to diameter ratio Ar,the ratio of openingφ,the angle between holeβand the single hole inclination angleγ,are studied in the range of Reynolds number Re=4000~11000 with water as the medium.Four structural parameters are optimized and analyzed.The results show that the swirling static mixer of the perforated plate makes full use of the attenuation of the swirling flow between the plates,so as to enhance the heat transfer enhancement effect and reduce the fluid flow resistance.The influence of the structural parameters of porous plates on heat transfer coefficient is Ar>φ>β>γ,and the effect on friction coefficient is in order ofφ>Ar>β>γ.The optimum parameters of the hole angle are 45°,and the optimum parameters of the single hole inclination angle are 6°.Although the increase of the ratio of length to diameter and the opening rate can improve the heat transfer ratio it is still necessary to select according to the actual situation in the engineering design.
