摘　　要：目的在新冠肺炎疫情形势下,对传染病报告管理工作进行归纳总结,针对暴露的问题进行反思,提出参考性建议。方法通过文献研究和实践论证进行深入分析。结果各司其职、有机结合、统一管理、上下沟通、升级完善、信息共享才能充分发挥传染病监测的预警作用。结论传染病报告管理体系应自上而下、从内到外进行完善和升级。Objective Summarize the characteristics of infectious disease reporting management,reflect on the exposed problems,and make reference suggestions under the situation of COVID-19.Methods In-depth analysis through literature research and practical demonstration.Results The functions of each department,organic integration,unified management,communication from top to bottom,upgrade and perfection,and information sharing can give full play to the early warning role of infectious disease surveillance.Conclusion The infectious disease reporting management system should be perfected and upgraded from top to bottom and from the inside out.
