摘　　要：〔目的〕首次应用性满意量表(GRISS量表)研究中国中青年女性性功能障碍的特征。〔方法〕连续选取2019年1月至3月前来体检的255名中青年女性,根据GRISS总分是否≥5分将其分为病例组和对照组,收集一般情况、性功能、体检资料进行比较。〔结果〕女性性功能障碍(Female Sexual Dysfunction,FSD)患病率为60.0%。文化程度的分布在两组间有明显差异(P<0.001)。病例组在各维度上的患病率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);患病率最高的维度在两组里分别是性交回避(81.0%)、性生活不满意(39.2%),最低的维度都是缺乏性交流(66.0%vs 21.6%)。〔结论〕FSD是我国中青年女性的常见疾病,且受文化程度影响。中青年女性FSD主要集中在性交回避和性生活不满意这两个维度上。与其他维度相比,性交流障碍在中青年女性当中并不突出。〔Objective〕This study aimed to report characteristics of female sexual dysfunction(FSD)in Chinese young and middle-aged women by the Golombok Rust Inventory of Sexual Satisfaction(GRISS)for the first time.〔Methods〕From January 2019 to March 2019,255 young and middle-aged women who came for health check-ups were consecutively recruited.They were divided into the case group and the control group according to GRISS scores.Socio-demographic characteristics,sexual function and results of health check-ups were collected to make comparison between two groups.〔Results〕The prevalence of FSD was 60.0%.Education levels were significantly different between two groups(P<0.001).The prevalence of each domain in the case group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05);the domain with the highest prevalence was sexual intercourse avoidance in the case group(81.0%),dissatisfaction in the control group(39.2%),respectively.Lack of sexual intercourse had the lowest prevalence in both groups(66.0%vs 21.6%).〔Conclusion〕FSD was common in young and middle-aged Chinese women,which was influenced by education levels.Avoidance and dissatisfaction were two main domains that disturbed this population.And sexual communication disorder was a less serious issue compared to other six domains.
