二元混合熔盐的配制及储热性能研究

摘  要:以氯化钠、碳酸钠以及氯化锂为原料配制了18种混合熔盐,其中氯化钠与碳酸钠的二元混合熔盐9种,氯化钠与氯化锂的二元混合熔盐9种。使用差示扫描量热仪对二元混合熔盐的相变温度和相变潜热进行测试,以便从中选出最佳的太阳能相变蓄热材料。结果表明,虽然氯化钠和碳酸钠的价格低廉,但是其混合熔盐并不适用于太阳能发电技术。氯化钠与氯化锂质量比为5∶5的二元混合熔盐,既没有过高的熔点,也没有太低的结晶温度,且相变潜热较高,适宜作为相变蓄热材料应用于太阳能热发电。Eighteen kinds of mixed molten salts were prepared by using NaCl,NaCO3 and LiCl as raw materials.Among them,9 kinds of binary mixed molten salt of NaCl and NaCO3,9 kinds of molten salt of NaCl and LiCl.The DSC instrument was used to experimentally test its phase transition temperature and latent heat of phase change in order to select the best solar phase change thermal storage material.The conclusions shown that although NaCl and NaCO3 were inexpensive,their mixed molten salt was not suitable for solar power generation technology.The binary mixed molten salt of NaCl and LiCl was 5∶5,because it had neither too high melting point nor too low crystallization temperature,and the latent heat of condensation was high,which was more suitable for phase change storage.Thermal materials were used in solar thermal power generation.
