摘  要:利用壳聚糖(CS)与Ti-W-V-Mn基金属氧化物复合制备新型选择性催化还原(SCR)催化剂CS/Ti-W-V-Mn,应用于NO的无氨辅助脱硝催化。采用SEM、FT-IR、XRD、BET及催化活性评价对催化剂的结构与性能进行表征。结果表明,CS/Ti-W-V-Mn复合脱硝催化剂不仅在低温区(180~250℃)具有良好的无氨催化脱硝性能,在高温区(350~400℃)仍具有较高的无氨脱硝活性。其中,当CS与Ti-W-V-Mn金基属氧化物的投料比(质量比)为1∶1时,催化性能最优,NO的转化率可在宽温度范围(180~400℃)内始终保持100%。该催化剂在低温无氨重复脱硝测试中仍具有较高的催化活性,可重复性较好。A novel ammonia-free denitrification catalyst was prepared by combining chitosan(CS)with Ti-W-VMn metal oxides.The structures and properties were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and microporous analyzer.And the catalytic denitrification activities of catalysts were collected by gas analyzer.The results indicated that the CS/Ti-W-V-Mn composite catalysts not only showed good catalytic activity at low temperature(180~250℃),but also performed well at high temperature(350~400℃).Especially,the NO conversion could up to 100%within 180~400℃when the weight ratio between CS and Mn-V-W-Ti oxides was 1∶1 and it’s repeatability of activity testing at low temperature without ammonia was good.
