摘　　要：牙科焦虑症是人群中普遍存在的一种牙科心理问题,可导致患者出现疼痛敏感性增高、耐受性降低、逃避治疗、延迟复诊等诸多负面行为问题,给口腔诊疗护理工作的顺利开展和患者的口腔健康维护带来很大挑战。本文回顾了牙科焦虑症研究的发展过程、流行病学、病因、干预及结局研究的现状,认为我国目前牙科焦虑症的研究应注意开展大样本基于普通人群的流行病学研究、加强多学科合作和综合干预、深入开展病因和结局研究、开展全生命周期牙科焦虑症预防,不断降低人群牙科焦虑水平,推动牙科舒适和无痛治疗的发展。Dental anxiety disorder is a common dental psychological problem in the population,which can cause patients to have many negative behavior problems such as increased pain sensitivity,reduced tolerance,evasive treatment,and delayed referral.Carrying out and maintaining the oral health of patients brings great challenges.This article reviews the development process,epidemiology,etiology,intervention and outcome of dental anxiety research,and believes that the current research on dental anxiety in China should pay attention to conducting large-scale epidemiological research based on the general population and strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation And comprehensive interventions,in-depth research on etiology and outcomes,full-cycle dental anxiety disorder prevention,continue to reduce the level of dental anxiety in the population,and promote the development of dental comfort and painless treatment.
