灸疗结合中医康复护理模式在脑卒中后尿失禁患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨灸疗结合中医康复护理模式在社区脑卒中后尿失禁患者中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,2017年2—12月选择60例脑卒中后尿失禁患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予中医康复护理模式,干预组在对照组的基础上进行灸疗干预。采用改良Barthel指数评定量表和尿失禁生活质量量表比较两组患者护理效果。结果:干预后,干预组的Barthel指数和尿失禁生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:灸疗结合中医康复护理模式在社区脑卒中后尿失禁患者中应用,可有效缓解患者脑卒中后尿失禁的情况,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of moxibustion therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing mode in patients with urinary incontinence after stroke in community.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 60 patients with urinary incontinence after stroke from February 2017 to December 2017 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing mode,while the intervention group was given moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.Modified Barthel Index(MBI)and Incontinence Quality of Life Instrument(I-QOL)were used to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:After intervention,MBI and I-QOL score of the intervention group were both better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Moxibustion therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing mode in community patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence can effectively relieve urinary incontinence after stroke and improve quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
