摘 要:目的鉴定感冒清片中的化学成分和大鼠中的代谢物种类。方法采用超高效液相色谱串联飞行时间质谱进行感冒清片中化学成分和大鼠中代谢物的检测。结果在感冒清片提取物中鉴定了32种化学成分,在SD大鼠中鉴定了9种原型药物和17种代谢产物,并推断了部分代谢产物的代谢途径。结论UPLC-Q-TOF/MS方法适合于复杂中成药样品的分析,有助于全面了解感冒清片中的化学成分和体内代谢产物。Objective To identify the chemical constituents in Ganmaoqing tablets and their metabolites in rat.Methods Ultra high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS)was used to identify the constituents and metabolites of Ganqingqing tablet.Results Thirty-two chemical components were identified in the extract of Ganqingqing tablet.Nine prototype constituents and seven metabolites were identified in rat plasma,urine and feces,and some metabolic pathways of those constituents were inferred.Conclusion The UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS method is suitable for the analysis of complex Chinese patent medicines samples,and it is helpful to fully understand the chemical and metabolic components in the Ganmaoqing tablet.
