某妇幼保健院米索前列醇片超说明书用药调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查某院米索前列醇片超说明书用药情况,为规范超说明书用药管理制度提供参考依据。方法利用软件随机抽取某院2019年7~12月含有米索前列醇片并符合入排标准的住院病历及门诊处方各100份,以药品说明书及相关文献资料为依据,以Micromedex■医药数据库推荐等级和证据强度分类为标准,判断是否超说明书用药及超说明书使用的合理性。结果抽取的住院及门诊使用米索前列醇片214人次,超说明书使用比例69.6%,其中住院超说明书使用比例100%,门诊35%,超说明书用药类型主要为超适应证和超给药途径,超说明书用法基本具有循证医学依据,其中不合理的超说明书用药3人次,占1.4%。结论某院米索前列醇片超说明书用药情况普遍存在,具有循证依据,可添加该药进入超说明书用药管理目录,规范其超说明书用法。OBJECTIVE To survey and analyze the off-label use of misoprostol in a hospital,so as to provide reference for standardizing the management system of off-label drug use.METHODS A total of 100 medical records and 100 outpatient prescriptions which contains misoprostol tablets in a hospital from July to December 2019 were randomly selected.Based on the drug instruction and literatures,the rationality of off-label uses of misoprostol were evaluated according to the recommendation grade and evidences intensity of Micromedex■.RESULTS Misoprostol used for 214 times,the rate of offlabel use was 69.6% with 100% offlabel use in medical records and 35% in outpatient prescriptions.The categories of off-label use were mainly indications and administration routes.Most of off-label uses were supported by evidence-based medicine,with 1.4% irrational uses.CONCLUSION Misoprostol tablets are commonly rational off-label used in the hospital.This drug should be added into the off-label use management list.
