摘 要:为确定钢筋焊接接头断裂参量,提高焊接质量,提出基于应变分布的断裂参量统计方法。对焊接接头设计应变分布—损伤耦合有限元,开发弹塑性损伤有限元程序UMAT,计算接头断裂参量的统计分析,对裂纹在焊缝、熔合线、热影响区计算J积分参量及COD断裂参量。结果表明:在热影响区中,接头裂纹J积分值为8 N/m,与其焊材为5 N/m、母材为4 N/m的计算结果差别较大,说明裂纹在热影响区更易断裂。随载荷提高,裂纹COD值按母材、熔合材料和焊接接头的顺序依次增加,焊接接头COD值与熔合材料更接近。计算得出的焊接接头J积分参量及COD断裂参量接近工程测算值,说明统计计算准确。In order to determine fracture parameters of welded steel joints and improve the quality of welded joints,a statisticalmethod of fracture parameters based on strain distribution was proposed.The strain distribution-damage coupling finite elementof the welded steel joints was designed.The elastoplastic damage finite element program UMAT was developed,the statisticalanalysis of the welded steel joint fracture parameters and the J integral parameters and COD for the cracks in the weld,fusionline,and heat affected zone breaking parameters were calculated.The results show that in the heat-affected zone,the J-integralvalue of the joint crack is 8 N/m,which is quite different from the calculated results of the full weld material of 5 N/m and allbase materials of 4 N/m,indicating that the crack in heat affected zone tend to cause fracture.As the load increases,the crackCOD value increases in the order of base materials,fusion-materials,and welded joints.The COD value of the welded joint iscloser to the result of the fusion-material.The calculated J-integral parameters and COD fracture parameters of the welded jointsare close to the engineering measured values,indicating that the statistical calculations are accurate.
