摘 要:HNi55-7-4-2合金是一种新型复杂耐磨黄铜合金,为建立该材料基于有限元FORGE平台的本构模型,用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对其在变形温度为600~800℃、应变速率为0.01~10 s^-1的范围内进行等温热压缩试验。基于Hansel-Spittel模型建立该合金的本构模型,引入统计学方法及数值模拟对模型精度量化评估。结果表明:所建立模型的平均相对误差绝对值和均方根误差分别为5.6791%和2.6456 MPa,相关系数为0.9912,数值模拟得到的力-位移曲线与试验数据吻合,本构模型预测精度较高。将该模型应用于某齿环热精锻成形数值模拟,模拟结果与实际生产结果吻合。HNi55-7-4-2 alloy is a new type of complex wear-resistant brass alloy.In order to build a constitutive model of HNi55-7-4-2 alloy based on the finite element FORGE software,flow stress behavior of the alloy during hot compression deformation at temperature range form 600℃to 800℃and strain rate raise from 0.01 s^-1 to 10 s^-1 were studied using a Gleeble-3500 thermalmechanical simulator.Based on the Hansel-Spittel model,a constitutive model of the alloy was established.A statistical method and numerical simulation were introduced to quantitatively evaluate the accuracy of the models.The results show that the average absolute relative error(AARE)and root mean square error(RMSE)of the model are 5.6791%and 2.6456 MPa respectively.The correlation coefficient between test and predicted value is 0.9912.The obtained force-displacement curves are consistent with the experimental data.The constitutive model shows higher prediction accuracy than ever.The constitutive model is applied for the simulation of hot forging of a synchronizer ring.The simulation results are consistent with the actual production.
