摘 要:采用固相反应法制备MnZn铁氧体材料,研究烧结温度对材料微观形貌、磁性能及直流叠加特性的影响。结果表明:随烧结温度升高,样品平均晶粒尺寸、起始磁导率μi和饱和磁感应强度Bs均单调增大,ΔB(Bs-剩磁)和增量磁导率Δμi先增大后减小,品质因数Q值持续减小。烧结温度为1320℃的样品晶粒细小且均匀性佳,增量磁导率Δμi达3982,直流叠加特性最优。MnZn ferrite materials were prepared by the solid-state reaction method.The effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure,magnetic properties and DC-Bias of MnZn ferrites were investigated.The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature,the average grain size,initial permeabilityμiand saturation magnetic induction intensity Bs all increase monotonically,ΔB(Bs-remanence)and incremental permeabilityΔμi firstly increase and then decrease,while quality factor Q continuously decreases.When the sintering temperature is 1320℃,the sample shows excellent DC-Bias with highΔμi of 3982,fine grains and good uniformity.
