摘　　要：目的了解2016-2018年青海省腹泻婴幼儿中肠道腺病毒流行情况与基因分型。方法采集2016年1月-2018年12月腹泻患儿的粪便标本496份,用PCR法进行肠道腺病毒基因分型。结果2016~2018年共检测496份样本,肠道腺病毒阳性42份,阳性率为8.47%,肠道腺病毒阳性率从2016年的4.94%增加到2018年的13.04%(P<0.05)。42份阳性病例中,32份分布在9~12月,小于1岁病例30份,黄南州检出率较高,占9.48%。从42份阳性标本中得到18段肠道腺病毒核酸序列,其中腺病毒41型9份(50.00%),腺病毒2型4份(22.22%),腺病毒40型3份(16.67%),腺病毒1型2份(11.11%)。结论青海省腹泻婴幼儿中流行的肠道腺病毒基因型以腺病毒41型和腺病毒40型为主。Objective To understand the prevalence and genotypes of enteric adenovirus in infants with diarrhea in Qinghai from 2016 to 2018.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,496 stool samples of infants with diarrhea were collected,PCR was used to detect genotypes of enteric adenovirus.Results From 2016 to 2018,496 stool samples were detected,42 positive samples of enteric adenovirus were found,the positive rate was 8.47%,the positive rate of enteric adenovirus increased from 4.94% in 2016 to 13.04% in 2018(P<0.05).Among 42 infants with positive enteric adenovirus,32 infants were found from September to December,30 infants were under one year,the detection rate of enteric adenovirus was high in Huangnan Prefecture,accounting for 9.48%.A total of 18 nucleotide sequences of enteric adenovirus were obtained from 42 positive samples of enteric adenovirus,including 9 samples of enteric adenovirus 41(50.00%),4 samples of enteric adenovirus 2(22.22%),3 samples of enteric adenovirus 40(16.66%),and 2 samples of enteric adenovirus 1(11.11%).Conclusion The main genotypes of enteric adenovirus are enteric adenovirus 41 and enteric adenovirus 40 among the infants with diarrhea in Qinghai.
