摘　　要：目的探讨生长激素对特发性矮小症儿童IGF1和血清25-(OH)D水平及疗效的影响。方法选取2016年1月-2018年6月在宁夏医科大学总医院治疗的特发性矮小症儿童患儿100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患儿接受常规治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗的基础上增加生长激素治疗;对比分析两组患儿治疗前、后的身高、骨龄、血清25-(OH)D、IGF-1水平以及疗效情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的平均身高、平均骨龄、血清25-(OH)D及IGF-1水平均高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患儿不良反应发生率低于观察组患儿,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用生长激素治疗特发性矮小症儿童能够有效增加血清25-(OH)D和IGF1水平,且具有很好的疗效,但是可能会出现暂时性的不良反应,应密切监测。Objective To explore the effect of growth hormone on insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF1),serum 25-(OH)D levels,and curative effect of children with idiopathic short stature.Methods A total of 100 children with idiopathic short stature treated in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 children in each group.The children in control group were treated by routine treatment,and the children in observation group were treated by growth hormone therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The observation indexes included height,bone age,serum 25-(OH)D and IGF-1 levels before and after treatment,and curative effect in the two groups.Results After treatment,the average height,average bone age,serum 25-(OH)D and IGF-1 levels in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in control group was lower than that in observation group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Growth hormone therapy can effectively increase the levels of serum 25-(OH)D and IGF1 in children with idiopathic short stature,the curative effect is good,but temporary adverse reactions may occur,close monitoring should be performed.
