摘 要:目的调查与研究新生儿肺部感染发生情况及高危因素。方法选取2017年6月-2019年6月该院收治的1100例新生儿为研究对象,统计新生儿肺部感染发生率,同时比较不同性别、出生体质量、胎龄、合并其他疾病、住院时间、分娩方式、侵入性操作、呼吸机应用、喂养方式及胎膜早破情况新生儿的肺部感染发生率,并以多因素Logistic回归分析处理新生儿肺部感染发生的影响因素。结果1100例新生儿中肺部感染者为23例,发生率为2.09%,不同性别新生儿肺部感染发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而不同出生体质量、胎龄、合并其他疾病、住院时间、分娩方式、侵入性操作、呼吸机应用、喂养方式及胎膜早破情况新生儿的肺部感染发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,出生体质量、胎龄、合并其他疾病、住院时间、分娩方式、侵入性操作、呼吸机应用、喂养方式及胎膜早破均是新生儿肺部感染发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论新生儿肺部感染的发生率仍有待进一步控制,且其发生的影响因素涉及多个方面,应给予充分的重视与干预。Objective To investigate and study the occurrence and high-risk factors of neonatal pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 1100 neonates treated in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Zhejiang University from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected,the incidence rate of neonatal pulmonary infection was calculated.The incidence rates of pulmonary infection among the neonates of different genders,birth weights,gestational weeks,combining with other disease,hospitalization time,delivery modes,invasive operation,application of ventilator,feeding modes,premature rupture of fetal membrane,multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of neonatal pulmonary infection.Results Among 1100 neonates,23 neonates were diagnosed as pulmonary infection,the incidence rate was 2.09%.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of neonatal pulmonary infection between boys and girls(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the incidence rate of pulmonary infection among the neonates of different birth weights,gestational weeks,combining with other disease,hospitalization time,delivery modes,invasive operation,application of ventilator,feeding modes,premature rupture of fetal membrane(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that birth weight,gestational week,combining with other disease,hospitalization time,delivery mode,invasive operation,application of ventilator,feeding mode,premature rupture of fetal membrane were influencing factors of neonatal pulmonary infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of neonatal pulmonary infection remains to be further controlled,and the influencing factors are more,more attention should be paid to.
