小儿双清颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗儿童手足口病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究小儿双清颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的80例儿童手足口病患儿为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组患儿皮下注射重组人干扰素α2b注射液,10μg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服小儿双清颗粒,3次/d,4~6岁:2袋/次,4岁以下:1袋/次。两组患儿持续治疗10 d。观察两组患儿临床疗效,比较两组的临床症状缓解时间、血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)水平、血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患儿退热时间、溃疡恢复时间、口腔黏膜充血、皮疹消退时间和总病程明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清CK-MB和cTnI水平均显著降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组血清CK-MB和cTnI水平降低较多(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平均显著降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP和IFN-γ水平降低较明显(P<0.05)。结论小儿双清颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗儿童手足口病具有较好的治疗效果,可改善临床症状,降低血清CK-MB、cTnI和炎性因子水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To study the efficacy of Xiaoer Shuangqing Granules combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Injection in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children.Methods Children(80 cases)with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,and each group had 40 cases.Children in the control group were sc administered with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Injection,10μg/time,once daily.Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoer Shuangqing Granules on the basis of the control group,4—6 years old:2 bags/time,under 4 years old:1 bag/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and clinical symptom relief time,and the serum levels of CK-MB,cTnI,and inflammatory factor in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the antipyretic time,ulcer recovery time,oral mucosal hyperemia,rash regression time and the total course of disease in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of CK-MB and cTnI in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum levels of CK-MB and cTnI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,and IFN-γin two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the serum levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,and IFN-γin the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Shuangqing Granules combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children,can improve clinical symptoms,reduce the serum lev
