摘　　要：作者介绍了医院通过建立检验前质量管理委员会、实施检验前全程监管、明确职责并落实主体责任等多种措施,来提升检验前质量。信息化手段在检验前质量管理中起到了全程管理、提前预警和拦截不合格标本的作用,而多部门、多环节、多措施的协调运用,促进了检验前质量的提升,保障了检验结果质量和患者医疗安全。The hospital improved its pre-examination quality of laboratory medicine by means of setting up pre-examination quality management committee,full-course supervision of pre-examination process,and clarified responsibility system.Informationization means play multiple roles for the pre-examination quality,including full-course management,early warning and interception of unqualified sample.The coordinated application of multi-departments,multi-links and multi-measures can improve the pre-examination quality of laboratory medicine and ensure the quality of test results and the medical safety of patients.
