摘  要:电机和变压器运行过程中,叠层铁心中会产生涡流,为了实现设备性能精确预测,对涡流所产生的去磁效应和损耗尤其是异常涡流损耗必须进行有效计算。但是,现有的基于磁畴及畴壁运动模型或磁滞模型的涡流场计算方法存在过于复杂、难以融入数值计算等局限性。该文在异常涡流损耗因子概念基础上,并结合前期研究工作成果,提出叠层铁心各向异性等效电导率修正模型,并通过叠层铁心涡流场理论分析及总涡流损耗关系式推导和比较,证明所提出等效电导率修正模型的合理性。通过制作典型的取向硅钢片卷铁心模型,并以此为研究对象进行实验测量及三维有限元涡流场计算,揭示实际铁心涡流去磁效应远超过仅考虑存在经典涡流的传统涡流场计算方法预测结果,通过比较各种励磁条件下的磁密和铁耗测量值与计算值,进一步验证该文提出的等效电导率修正模型及相关涡流场分析方法的可行性和有效性。During the operation of the motor and the transformer, the eddy currents are generated in the laminated iron core. To accurately predict the performance of the equipment, the demagnetization effects and related losses generated by the eddy currents, especially the abnormal eddy current loss, must be effectively calculated. However, the existing eddy current field calculation methods, based on either the magnetic domain and domain wall motion models or the hysteresis models, are too complex and difficult to be integrated into numerical calculations. Based on the concept of abnormal eddy current loss factor and combined with the previous research work, this paper proposed an anisotropic equivalent conductivity correction model for laminated cores. By theoretically analyzing the eddy current field and deducing and comparing the total eddy current loss equations, the rationality of the proposed equivalent conductivity correction model was proved in theory. By fabricating a typical iron core model wound with the oriented silicon steel sheets, and conducting the experimental measurement and threedimensional finite element eddy current field calculation, it was revealed that the actual core eddy demagnetization effect is far more than the traditional eddy current field calculation method considering only the classical eddy currents. As a result, the feasibility and effectiveness of the equivalent conductivity correction model and the related eddy current field analysis method proposed in this paper were further verified by comparing the measured magnetic density and iron loss values and the calculated ones under various excitation conditions.
