品管圈活动在提高产科门诊孕妇孕期检查认知度中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：分析品管圈活动在提高产科门诊孕妇孕期检查认知度中的应用效果。选取2018年1月—2019年6月孝感市妇幼保健院产科门诊接诊的71例孕妇,按孕检时间划分,对2018年1—9月的35例孕妇实施常规护理,设定为对照组;2018年10月—2019年6月参加品管圈活动的36例孕妇,设定为试验组,比较两组孕妇孕期检查的认知度。结果表明,试验组孕妇孕期检查的认知度为94.45%,高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。在门诊孕妇孕期护理中,品管圈活动能够提高孕妇孕期检查的认知程度,传递专业的产检知识,满足孕妇的需求,使孕妇得到更加全面的护理服务。The paper analyzed the application effect of quality control circle in pregnancy test cognition improvement of pregnant women of Obstetrics Clinic.71 pregnant women of Obstetrics Clinic,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xiaogan from Jan.2018 to Jun.2019 were selected.According to the time,35 pregnant women from Jan.to Sep.2018 treated with routine nursing were in control group,and 36 from Oct.2018 to Jun.2019 received QCC were in experimental group.Pregnancy test cognition of pregnant women of two groups was compared.The pregnancy test cognition rate of pregnant women was 94.45%,which was higher than 77.14%of control group(P<0.05).In the nursing of pregnant women,QCC can improve cognition rate of cognition rate of pregnant women pregnancy test,transmit professional antenatal care knowledge,and satisfy maternity requirements to make pregnant women receive more comprehensive nursing service.
