摘　　要：对运行中40.5 kV开关柜存在的典型缺陷进行详细的分析、汇总,并结合运行工况,提出了切实可行的现场绝缘提升方案。对几千多面有问题的40.5 kV开关柜进行绝缘提升改造,改造后的开关柜已安全运行多年,至今无任何绝缘故障发生。The typical defects existing in the 40.5 kV switch cabinet during operation are analyzed and summarized in detail,and combined with the operating conditions,a practical field insulation improvement schemesare proposed.According to the typical schemes proposed in this article,the insulation improvement of 40.5 kV switch cabinets with thousands of faces has been upgraded.The transformed switch cabinets have been running safely for many years,and no insulation failure has occurred so far.
