新型冠状病毒肺炎患者手术的精准防控探讨

摘　　要：目的通过“云沟通”信息系统,实现对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者手术的精准防控。方法针对新型冠状病毒的传播方式,对该院手术室进行“三区两通道”改造,将手术室布局图、接送患者流程及线路图、手术医生的防护要求、手术器械准备情况等模块嵌入信息系统。手术医生通过信息系统熟悉手术室的相关制度;防护问卷及个人当日健康监测合格后方能参加手术;通过信息系统上报本次手术需要的特殊器械,减少手术室来回传递器械风险。通过信息系统与手术医生“云沟通”后,实现院内感染的精准防控。结果通过“云沟通”系统,提升了手术医生的防控意识及防控水平,各环节的感控措施均严格落实到位,自2020年2月5日至2020年3月22日,共行17例手术,未发现患者和医务人员的交叉感染。结论手术室通过信息系统与手术医生“云沟通”,有助于实现新型冠状病毒肺炎患者手术的精准防控。Objective To achieve precise prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients′operations,a"cloud communication"platform was built.Methods According to the transmission mode of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2),the operation room of the hospital was transformed into"three areas and two channels".The layout of the operation room,the process pictures of transferring patients,the protection requirements for the surgeons and the preparation of the operation instruments were embedded into the information system.The surgeons should be familiar with the relevant system of the operation room through the information system;they could only participate in the operation after passing the protection questionnaire and personal health monitoring on that day;they should report the special equipment needed for the operation through the information system,so as to reduce the risk of equipment transfering back and forth in the operation room.After"cloud communication"with surgeons through information system,precise prevention and control of nosocomial infection could be realized.Results Through the"cloud communication"system,the awareness and level of prevention and control of COVID-19 patients′operations were improved,and control measures in all links were strictly implemented.From February 5,2020 to March 22,2020,a total of 17 operations were performed,and no cross infection between patients and medical personnel was found.Conclusion Through information system,"cloud communication"with surgeons is helpful to achieve precise and prevention of COVID-19 patients′operation.
