摘　　要：重型颅脑损伤(severe traumatic brain injury,STBI)指外界暴力直接或间接作用于头部所造成的损伤,是年轻人致死致残的主要因素。STBI已被认为是目前国际尚未解决的严重世界卫生疾病问题之一。而意识障碍是重型颅脑损伤患者的主要功能障碍,因此帮助STBI患者意识恢复、提高其生活质量的治疗越来越受到重视。STBI后意识障碍治疗方法多种多样,特别是基于神经调控机制的促醒治疗方法取得了较好的治疗效果,但到目前为止仍没有哪一种治疗方法取得令人信服的询证支持。本文对STBI的康复治疗方法进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路。Severe traumatic brain injury(STBI)refers to injuries caused by external violence directly or indirectly acting on the head,and is the main cause of death and disability in young people.STBI has been considered as one of the serious world health problems that have not yet been resolved internationally.Impairment of consciousness is the main dysfunction of patients with severe head injury.Therefore,treatment to help STBI patients recover their consciousness and improve their quality of life has attracted more and more attention.There are various treatment methods for consciousness disorder after STBI,especially the awakening treatment method based on neuroregulation mechanism has achieved good therapeutic effect,but so far there is no treatment method that has obtained convincing inquiry support.A review of STBI and its rehabilitation treatment methods,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
