摘　　要：青贮饲料的高水平发展,是畜牧业健康运行的基础。青贮玉米是牧草产业发展的有机组成部分,直接影响到我国畜牧产业的可持续发展。我国青贮玉米的发展空间很大,目前对于青贮玉米品种选育的研究较多,但对其在加工发酵中的技术问题研究进展较为缓慢。青贮玉米的成功与否取决于加工过程中对发酵时间、压强以及收获期的准确把控,失败的青贮玉米饲料对于家畜的健康有直接的影响。本文从收获期、青贮时间、处理方式以及压实度和添加剂着手,分析不同青贮条件对与青贮玉米品质及营养物质的影响,以期为青贮玉米的加工提供指导。The high-level development of silage is the basis for the healthy operation of animal husbandry.Silage corn is an organic part of the development of the forage industry,which directly affects the sustainable development of China's livestock industry.There is a lot of room for development of silage corn in China.At present,there are many studies on the selection and breeding of silage corn varieties,but the research progress on its technical problems in processing and fermentation is relatively slow.The success of silage corn depends on the accurate control of fermentation time,pressure and harvest period during processing.The failure of silage corn feed has a direct impact on the health of livestock.This article starts with the harvest period,silage time,treatment methods,compaction and additives,and analyzes the impact of different silage conditions on the quality and nutrients of silage corn,in order to provide guidance for the processing of silage corn.
