“一带一路”背景下我国草地保护人才培养的实践探索

摘　　要：草原丝绸之路跨越欧亚草原主体区域,是"一带一路"体系中的重要组成部分。"一带一路"倡议为我国草地保护专业人才培养提供了新契机。近年来,我国政府愈来愈重视生态环境保护,高校在培养草地保护专业人才方面也进行了有益尝试,但是由于学科发展不均衡、师资建设不完善、实习渠道单一等原因,在草地保护专业人才培养中还存在很多问题。高校应该抓住"一带一路"契机,做好人才培养规划,努力实践探索,加强学科和师资建设,创新人才培养模式,提高草地保护专业人才的人文情怀和生态文明素养,为我国培养大批怀揣绿色情怀、具备专业技术的草地保护复合型人才。The silk road of grasslands,which through the main area of Eurasian steppe are play an important role in“the Belt and Road”system.The Belt and Road Initiative provides a new opportunity for the talent cultivation of grassland conservation in China.In recent years,our government has become more and more attention to protection of ecological environment,and the colleges and universities make attempts to cultivate the talent of grassland conservation.However,due to the imbalanced development of subject,the incomplete construction of teaching staff and the short of channel for practice,there are so many problems in cultivating talent of grassland conservation.Therefore,colleges and universities should seize the opportunity of“the Belt and Road”initiative,strengthen the talent training planning,pay efforts to practical exploration,strengthen discipline construction and teacher construction,reform talent cultivation models,and enhance the humanistic feelings and Ecological civilization consciousness of the grassland conservation talent.And then,cultivate great environmentally friendly talent with higher technology for our country.
