摘　　要：对绿色制造的定义、内涵以及绿色制造的理论、政策、标准等方面进行综述,在借鉴发达国家经验的基础上,得出以下启示:构建绿色制造理论、评价体系,完善社会法律法规、标准评价体系,加大新产品、新工艺、新技术开发力度,加强知识产权保护制度、科技成果转化机制和重视人才培养等。The definitions,connotations and the theories,policies and standards of green manufacturing were reviewed.Based on the experience of developed countries,some enlightenment were received,which contains constructing the theory of green manufacturing and the evaluation system,completing the social laws and regulations and standards evaluation system,intensifying the development of new products,new processes and new technologies,strengthening the intellectual property protection system,the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements,and attaching importance to personnel training.
