摘　　要：针对我国信息安全检测基准体系不足,研究提出信息安全检测基准体系建设方案,介绍信息安全检测基准体系目标、基准体系组成结构、基准体系构成要素。Analysis the defects of inspection and testing benchmark system,recommends the construction scheme of inspection and testing benchmark system,introduces the object,the construction and the components of the benchmark system.
