摘　　要：目前我国转化医学存在认识不足、专业人员缺乏、资源碎片化、转化模式不清晰、评价体系欠缺、转化体系不健全、政策不配套等问题。笔者建议强化转化医学理念,培养跨学科的转化专业人才,健全转化医学评价体系,构建转化医学平台,成立转化医学学术组织,营造转化医学学术氛围,方才能较好地促进转化医学的发展。There are many problems in the field of translational medicine in China,such as insufficient understanding,lack of professionals,resource fragmentation,unclear transformational models,lack of evaluation systems,defective transformational systems,and mismatched policies,etc. In order to promote the development of traditional medicine,we should strengthen the concept of translational medicine,cultivate transdisciplinary professionals,improve the evaluation systems,build the platform,establish the academic organization,and create the academic atmosphere of the translational medicine.
