1%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏联合2%酮康唑洗剂治疗花斑糠疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价1%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏联合2%酮康唑洗剂治疗花斑糠疹的临床疗效。方法:将112例花斑糠疹患者随机分为治疗组(n=58)和对照组(n=54)。治疗组与对照组均外用1%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏,2次/天,连用2周;治疗组同时使用2%酮康唑洗剂洗浴,2次/周,连用4周。两组患者分别于治疗第2周和4周判定疗效。结果:有效率:治疗2周后,治疗组和对照组分别为86.21%和61.11%;4周后,治疗组和对照组分别为96.55%和74.07%;两组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。真菌学清除率:治疗2周后,治疗组和对照组分别为91.38%和68.52%;4周后,治疗组和对照组分别为100%和79.63%;两组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。本研究未见明显不良反应。结论:1%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏联合2%酮康唑洗剂治疗花斑糠疹疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of 1% butenafine hydrochloride cream combined with2% ketoconazole lotion in the treatment of pityriasis versicolor. Methods: 112 patients diagnosed with pityriasis versicolor were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group and control group were all treated by 1%butenafine hydrochloride cream twice a day for two successive weeks. Meanwhile,treatment group were given 2%ketoconazole lotion twice a week for 4 successive weeks. Efficacy was observed at the end of 2 weeks and 4 weeks of the treatment. Results: The efficient rates in the treatment group and the control group were 86. 21% and61. 11% at the end of 2 weeks treatment,96. 55% and 74. 07% at the end of 4 weeks treatment respectively( P<0.05). Mycological cure rates in the treatment group and control group were 91. 38% and 68. 52% at the end of 2 weeks treatment,100% and 79. 63% at the end of 4 weeks treatment respectively( P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions were observed in this study. Conclusion: 1% butenafine hydrochloride cream combined with 2%ketoconazole lotion are effective in the treatment of pityriasis versicolor,which are worth of further clinical application.
