摘  要:目的通过考察寒性药大黄与热性药附子、肉桂、桂枝、干姜配伍前后的生物热动力学参数变化情况,探究生物热动力学参数与中药寒热性之间关系,以及寒热对药配伍是否具有药性制约作用。方法采用微量量热仪法,测定并比较大黄与附子、肉桂、桂枝、干姜配伍前后第一指数生长期达峰时间(t1)、达峰发热功率(P1)及生长速率参数(k1),第二指数生长期达峰时间(t2)、达峰发热功率(P2)及生长速率参数(k2),代谢全过程释放总热量(Q总)及代谢总时长(t总)。结果单味药水提取物测定结果显示,大黄延迟t1,降低k1、P1;除桂枝外其余热性药t1小于大黄,热性药k1、P1均大于大黄;各药均缩短t2,热性药P2均小于大黄,k2、Q总、t总大于大黄。单味药乙醇提取物测定结果显示,除干姜外其余热性药t1、t2均小于大黄;热性药P1、k1、k2均大于大黄,P2小于大黄;除桂枝外其余热性药Q总、t总均大于大黄。寒热对药配伍前后比较,大黄伍附子t1、P1大于单味药,k1、t2、Q总大于大黄、小于附子,P2、k2、t总小于大黄、大于附子;大黄伍肉桂t1、t2大于单味药,P1、k1、Q总、t总大于大黄、小于附子,P2、k2小于大黄、大于附子;大黄伍桂枝t1、t2小于单味药,P1、k1大于等于单味药,P2、k2、Q总小于大黄、大于桂枝,t总大于大黄、小于桂枝;大黄伍干姜t1大于单味药,P1、k1、k2、t2、Q总、t总大于大黄、小于干姜,P2小于大黄、大于干姜。结论微生物代谢生物热动力学整体状态参数k1、k2、Q总、t总可较好地表征中药的寒热药性,且寒热对药配伍具有明确的药性制约作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between the bio-thermodynamics parameters and the cold-heat property of Chinese materia medica and whether the cold-heat has the restriction effect on the compatibility of medicine by investigating the changes of bio-thermodynamic parameters before and after the compatibility of cold Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with four kinds of hot Chinese materia medica:Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata,Cinnamomi Cortex,Cinnamomi Ramulus,and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens.Methods Microcalorimetric method was used to investigate the parameters including peak time(t1),peak heating power(P1)and growth rate parameter(k1)in the first exponential growth period,peak time(t2),peak heating power(P2)and growth rate parameter(k2)in the second exponential growth period,total heat released in the whole metabolic process(Qtotal)and total metabolic time(Ttotal)before and after the compatibility of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata,Cinnamomi Cortex,Cinnamomi Ramulus,and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens.Results In terms of single medicinal liquid extract,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma delayed t1 and decreased k1 and P1.Except for Cinnamomi Ramulus,t1 of other three kinds of hot Chinese materia medica was smaller than Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,and k1 and P1 of hot Chinese materia medica were larger than Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.Each medicine shortened t2;P2 of hot Chinese materia medica was less than Rhei Radix et Rhizoma;k2,Qtotal,and ttotal were larger than Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.In terms of single medicinal ethanol extract,except for Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,t1 and t2 of other hot Chinese materia medica were smaller than Rhei Radix et Rhizoma;P1,k1,and k2 of hot Chinese materia medica were larger than Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,and P2 was smaller than Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.Except for Cinnamomi Ramulus,Qtotal and ttotal of other three kinds of hot Chinese materia medica were larger than Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.Comparing before and after cold-heat compatibility,t1 and P1 of compatibility of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma a
