摘　　要：紫草在我国运用已有两千多年的历史,具有清热凉血、活血解毒、透疹消斑功效,尤善清血分热毒,为常用中药。临床上常以单味药或复方内服或外用治疗多种皮肤病。本文对近年来紫草治疗银屑病的相关临床应用、紫草提取物及其成分治疗银屑病相关实验研究作一概述,并对进一步研究进行展望。Arnebiae Radix has been used for more than two thousand years and is a common traditional Chinese medicine.It works effectively in clearing heat and cooling blood,promoting blood circulation and detoxicating,penetrating rash and eliminating macula,especially in clearing heat toxicity in blood.In clinical practice,Arnebiae Radixis is often used in single or compound medicine,taken internally or externally,to treat a variety of skin diseases.This article summarized the clinical application of Arnebiae Radix in the treatment of psoriasis in recent years,reviewed the experimental studies on Arnebiae Radix extracts and its components in the treatment of psoriasis,and proposed outlook for further research.
