摘　　要：目的探讨前颅窝巨大脑膜瘤手术方法,分析前颅窝巨大脑膜瘤并发症及总结相应预防措施。方法回顾确诊的20例前颅窝巨大脑膜瘤临床表现,并对并发症情况进行总结。结果 20例患者均成功切除肿瘤,其中SimpsonⅠ级切除15例;Ⅱ级切除4例;Ⅲ级切除1例,并发症治疗后均好转。结论良好的手术技术和积极的术后治疗,可有效防止前颅窝巨大脑膜瘤术后并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the surgical methods of anterior cranial fossa giant meningioma, analyze the complications of anterior cranial fossa giant meningioma and summarize the corresponding preventive measures.Methods The clinical manifestations of 20 cases of anterior cranial fossa giant meningioma were reviewed and the complications were summarized.Results Twenty patients were successfully resected, including 15 cases of Simpson grade Ⅰ resection, 4 cases of grade Ⅱ resection, and 1 case of grade Ⅲ resection. All complications were improved after treatment.Conclusion Good surgical technique and active postoperative treatment can effectively prevent postoperative complications of large meningioma in the anterior cranial fossa.
