茵黄二冬胶囊联合复方薄荷脑滴鼻液治疗干燥性鼻出血的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨茵黄二冬胶囊联合复方薄荷脑滴鼻液治疗干燥性鼻出血的临床疗效.方法 将2019年1月~2020年1月就诊的110例干燥性鼻出血患者,随机分为两组,各55例,治疗组采用茵黄二冬胶囊联合复方薄荷滴鼻液治疗,对照组采用红霉素软膏涂抹治疗.两组治疗2周结束后比较疗效、临床改善与复发情况.结果 相对于对照组,治疗组的疗效显著(92.7%>78.2%,P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(3.6%<18.2%,P<0.05).结论 茵黄二冬胶囊联合复方薄荷脑滴鼻液可改善干燥性鼻出血患者的临床表现情况,减少复发,提高临床疗效.Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinhuang Erdong Capsule combined with Compound Menthol Nasal Drops on dry nose bleeding.Methods 110 patients with dry nose bleeding who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Yinhuang Erdong capsule combined with Compound Menthol Nasal Drops in our hospital,and the control group was treated with Erythromycin ointment treatment.The two groups compared the efficacy,clinical improvement and relapse after 2 weeks of treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the efficacy of the treatment group was significant(92.7%>78.2%),the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(3.6%<18.2%),and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinhuang Erdong Capsule combined with Compound Menthol Nasal Drops can improve the clinical manifestations of patients with dry nose bleeding,reduce recurrence,and improve clinical efficacy.
