参附注射液对腹部手术患者术后深静脉血栓发生及凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察参附注射液对腹部术后患者深静脉血栓形成及凝血功能的影响.方法 选取行腹部手术的患者120例,术后随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例.对照组给予利伐沙班治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,给予参附注射液静滴治疗,治疗7 d.治疗结束后,比较两组患者深静脉血栓发生情况;分别于治疗前后检测两组患者血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平.结果 对照组患者发生深静脉血栓7例(11.67%),观察组患者发生深静脉血栓2例(3.33%),两组发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,对照组与观察组患者血清中两组患者血清中PT、TT、APTT水平均明显升高,PLT、MPV、D-D水平均明显降低,且观察组PT、TT、APTT水平明显高于对照组,PLT、MPV、D-D水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 参附注射液联合利伐沙班治疗可同时调节血小板及凝血功能指标因子,对腹部手术患者术后深静脉血栓形成具有较强的防治作用.Objective To observe the effect of Shenfu Injection on deep vein thrombosis and coagulation function in patients after abdominal operation.Methods 120 patients who had undergone abdominal surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment of Rivaroxaban,and the observation group was treated with Shenfu injection on the basis of the control group.Both of the two groups were treated for 7 d.After treatment,the incidence of deep venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups.The levels of PLT,MPV,PT,TT,APTT,D-D in patients of two groups were measured before and after treatment.Results There were 7 cases of deep venous thrombosis(11.67%)in the control group and 2 cases of deep venous thrombosis(3.33%)in the observation group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of PT,TT,APTT in the control group and the observation group were significantly higher than those before the treatment,the serum levels of PLT,MPV,and D-D in the control group and the observation group were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of PT,TT and APTT in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment,the levels of PLT,MPV and D-D in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection combined with Rivaroxaban therapy can simultaneously regulate the index of platelet and coagulation function,which has a strong preventive effect on the formation of deep venous thrombosis in patients undergoing abdominal surgery.
